Dart Pilates Retreat
What’s included? 3 Pilates classes per day, including Mat and Reformer, private Cadillac sessions are also bookable. All meals are provided; nutritious food provided by our in-house chef. Guided coastal walks, sea dips, kayak/paddleboarding at the award winning Blackpool Sands. We have a sauna and cold tub at the house too. If this all sounds rather action packed there is plenty of time to unwind in the gardens, gaze at the stars or a nap in the orangery. As our man Joseph Pilates said, “By all means get as much fresh as possible”.
